I was watching this Sunrise & Back to the future video from 89 on Youtube, but I can't remember what this tune is

It's the second tune (starts at 00min48sec after Pacific State, and it's about 1 minute long)

The track I was looking for is Nemisis - After the storm (I checked all sunrise sets tracklists)
