The First one is probably "BMR - Check It Out". Definately the same vocals.

It was a Boris Dlugosch Tune from the late 90's, but don't know what mix it is though, sorry. And at the moment can't go digging for it.

Came out on Peppermint Jam, Then signed up to AM:PM
