Longshot (No clip) "Don't disturb this groove"

Hi all...

Heard a track yesterday off a longlost tape, and it put me in mind of a track off the same tape that I remember very vaguely... 93ish I think? Maybe 94 :S

Off the top of my head, the main sample was a chap kind of rapping:

"Don't disturb this.. don't disturb.. Don't disturb this groove 'cause it'll make you move"

Longshot I know... But any ideas?
