No I don't know what it is, but it's been on my wants list ever since I first heard it in 91 on the easygroove 2 eclipse tape...

I was gonna ask Matthew B a.k.a Bushwhacka what it is because he I'm pretty sure he sampled it on a late 90's breaks tune called skullduggery..
