The lyrics are from tune 2 are from the Fun Boy 3 (Faith, Hope and Charity) but they must have been either re-sung or really heavily edited.

There was version of this that came out in about 1988, but it is deffo not this.

Not much help, I know, but it might jog someone's memory. This was quite a big tune at the time, so I am surprised no one has got it.
