I remember the 'AFTER 7 - CANT STOP' track being pretty mid tempo, (sped up 4 good reason 4 the Cooking with Delia bootleg), my mate used 2 or may still have a double pack of the tune, but i dont recall any 'pianopella'??:confused:

After 7 that's the bugger..... It was a soul tune, must have been an acapella cos the vocals were sampled on quite a few tunes.
