Ok I downloaded it but now O get this error playing it :S

hmm ok im not sure how im going to upload them as an mp3 or wav file,i only have the ids on cd.

I'll hazard a guess you ripped the cd using windows media player ?
If you did theres an option in it that "protects" the content, as I dont use that player I dont know how to/if you can turn the option off, use a free cd ripper that wont protect/copywrite the files like Cdex.
Save them as mp3 (it's default anyway just insert the cd & open cdex then press the 2nd box/button on the right that looks like a cd&zip file picture) it will save to C:\Documents and Settings\YOUR_USERNAME\My Documents\My Music\MP3\Artist so attach the mp3 to this thread, hope that helps.
