DJ Thief - Break & Enter Vol 2 (95/96 Hardcore)

Hi guys

I've got some tracks that I need ID'ing from a 1995/96 hardcore mixtape. It was made by one of my favourite Australian hardcore DJ's - DJ Thief (Brisbane).

Note that "Tune ID 08.mp3" has "Omar Santana - Come On Everybody" mixing in the background, but it's the uplifting tune on top that I'm after.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
