Old Skool track 89-90

Hello I have been looking for this record since around 1990. It was played by two DJs called North and South who used to DJ around the Bournemouth area between 1989 and 1990 in Madison's, Whiskey's and Maxim's.

This comes form an old Madison's tape.

I love this tune and if anyone could helpid it I would be a very happy man. I have sent thsi to various people, and posted it on various forums but no one ever seems to know the track.

Any help very much appreciated.
