dont think this speech was ever released on a label ? its some american preacher who did it as far as im aware. dont think there was ever a tune with the speach as a vocal, its just always been a vocal that people have sampled loads of times when they have made tunes. i could be wrong but in the 18 years ive been into the music thats what ive been led to belive...!!!???
