Long shot - I am excited

Can anyone name the tune from Nov-Dec 91 that uses the 'I am excited' sample from House of god? (It's not Interstellar Overdrive - Excited).
The tune is not dissimilar to Phenomania 'Who is Elvis' (Mani rave remix).
