Gallery tape tune ID required

Hi all

I have a Gallery Tape from around 1992 with Ste Luigi on the decks.

There's a tune on there that I love and I just wondered if anyone here might be able to ID it?

Firstly there's the lyrics "Somebody Scream" [man's voice] then a bouncy synth tune follows with more lyrics "Dance now come on, come on" [male lyric] and ah ha, ah ha [female voice]. This repeats for a bit with the bouncy synth.

I hope you can get it from that cos I'm desperate for an ID. I've heard it on other Gallery tapes as well so I think it was a popular tune. I also remember it from when I went to the Gallery in 92,

I have no sample (unless someone can tell me how to make one) but I will try to describe it.

the tune is a lot faster than that, i hope i can get a sample of it somehow.

i thought glam - hells party when i read that but not deffo sure as dont think it has that somebody scream sample in it
