Ghost tunes from 90 to 93?

Well here they are these tunes have kept me hunting forever. The first one is an ambient tune I have no idea. The second is from a radio show that dj claude young played on, this is a mystery detroit track that has stumped me and my friends for too long. 3rd one is a nu beat sort of sounding track. and the last is off a dj ratty tape I had with mc robbie dee. he mentions Tango so if that is the artist all I need is the track name . however it might be one of those hard to find white labels though. this tune is a stomper !:wave: See what you can do

The Ratty one is: Tango - Factor 5 (Tango Album Mix) which appeared on a early Formation Records compilation called A New Breed Of Ravers (http://www.discogs.com/release/209783). (Track B1)
There were a lot of exclusive remixes of Formation stuff on the album none of which were ever released as singles as far as I know.
