Anyone remember a tune from the early 90's (93/94?) which was quite high energy, wicked bassline, hip hop beat, with the sample "knowledge is power"?

Sorry its scant info but all I have is my fading memory!

The only track I can remember with that vocal is Spill-Don't wanna know about Evil, but I wouldn't have said it was high energy-was a sort of laid back house track remixed by Danny Tenaglia. Hope this is of some help. Ed
