Early 90s + "feel it" lyrics,no dobt there were a few like that!

Was the lyrics a bit echoey,tune quite simple not a lot to it,kinda,der der,der der der der,?
I"ve got this goin on in my head,tho i dont know the title if its wrong or right:$ ,but may help someone elses memory!

You sure it's a girl's voice and not Michael Jackson's? :p (i.e. a sample from the Jacksons Can you feel it - or is that too obvious?)
