well a quick google search reveals this is S-Express - Nothing to Lose, but which mix? the one in butty's mix has classic early 90's hands-in-the-air pianos..very unlike what i'd expect the s'express original mix to sound like....

in reply to your quezzie the tune is on a white label that is by dj flavours/trotters independent traders altho it doesnt say it on the vinyl. your lookin for a white label with 'the finest' on one side and 'dont worry' on the other
