Tune from Derrick May/John Kelly Obsession 3rd dimension

Hi Everyone, hope you can help. I'm looking for a tune from Derrick May/John Kelly Obsession 3rd dimension mixtape.

It was a big tune around the time (92), On the tape he starts with the speech from a tune off the AM:PM label (first they came for the jews, and I did not speak up because I am not a Jew...), then a baby cries. Then the tune I'm need I.D'ing. It's got a big Arp Synth running through it and I think the tune after is Fargetta - The music is moving, or maybe it's got the same vocal on it. I'm not sure.

Maybe I'm going mad and none of this is real!!!

Any help would be much appreciated.

It's a similar arp to the one on that track but going, hi to low/hi to low...

Been racking my brain over this and I think it maybe, RTFR "don't beg for love". Any of you kind people got a rip of this so I can see if it's the one?

Cheers man, listened to the clip. It must be a diffferent mix but I think that's basically the tune.
