Allow me to confuse things here since you are labeling these tunes between 92-95. I meant to post that right from the beginning but I wasn't sure.
Anyway I propose again with a strong feeling that id63 is

Paul Van Dyk - A world full of Dj's (A2 on the Emergency the remixes E.P.) MFS label 1995. Anyway I will check A.S.A.P.

The melody of that 63 is the same as My World (manchester 2004), but I know it's indeed not the same song, didn't find out yet what the exact title or remix of this song is, so I've put a question sign after it.
I've check some of the remixes, but there are all not exactly sounds like that 63.
So, I'm very curious about that Paul Van Dyk - A world full of Dj's (A2 on the Emergency the remixes E.P.) , hoping is indeed the right one.
