It sounds like "Llorca" and also "La Bionda" but I really don't know who is the interpret neither the title.
I have this extract from an audiotape recorded en 1990 but it could be older.

Hi Clax. I remember this song from the early 90s at the time of the Barcelona Olympic games. I've never been able to find out who the interpreter was. I know its been 3 years since you posted this but did you ever find out who the interpreter was?
