The vocal is indeed Motive 8 - Rocking for myself. However this is a mash up of several tunes. Those congas is from some tune I got somewhere, although here they are much faster. Maybe a DMC remix or something similar (unless they made it on the show).

Swan lake [aka todd terry] on that on that one has the same drums. It might actually be that todd himself took that mix and overdubbed the vocals and released it into that track on the double pack.

By the way, I highly suspect that the vocals on rocking for myself are sampled from somewhere and todd just used the same sample as Motive 8.
Not that I heard it but I think pluto is right here, that the track is indeed the one on the album. And that track just happens to use the same congas as the Swan Lake track he released a few years earlier. Appart from the vocals your sample sounded exatly like a looped part of that Swan Lake track.
*edit* the same sample is also used in Clock's Holding on.
*edit 2* the vocal sample used in all three tracks is from sample is from http://www.discogs.com/release/204126
Enjoy! :)
