Rolling Stones Remix??

Hi all,

I have my fingers firmly crossed on this one.... hope somebody can help!!

I am after the name of a track which was around in the early 90's, a part of the lyric is form Jumpin Jack flash by the Rolling Stones and goes something like.....

"I was born in a crossfire hurricaaane"

Is this a mix of the Stones or something totally different???
