This is all rather vague...

The track i'm after id'ing is a male vocal track from early 1990 on the Sasha Hypnosis 2 mix tape (which i'm still trying to relocate). I've not heard the track on any other DJ set, either Sasha or not.

The track sounds US and is very soulfull...

The main verse has the vocals......

Can anyone help? Not only would a positive ID make my year I think it would make the decade.

nah i wouldnt say this sounds anything like forget me knots meself, this is a bit slower and not so 'up' as fmk's, this is much more soulfull and sad (in the way its sung) i s'pose
