a bit more advice... no idea if you'll find it but it does sound a lot like the stuff Ramirez "La Musika Tremenda" etc and the Italian group "Datura" were knocking out. ("yerba del diablo" etc)
they both have large back catalogues.
http://www.discogs.com/artist/Ramirez here on discogs
http://www.discogs.com/artist/Datura here on discogs
could be something like Datura "eternity" which was early 93, same timescale.
ONYL A SUGGESTION BUT GOOD LUCK!!!

it's ever all about 1993 - and you still can spin it!
so, here we go, you're so much sought after is:
Imperio Destroy 'Barraca Destroy'
Steam System 'Barraca Destroy'
Steam System 'Imperio Destroy'
.. it's actually all the same, just different aliases and titles - just as it was usual at this time ;)
Please, try mine, a track of same style, thanks: Energetic Power Move My Body (http://www.tuneid.com/showthread.php?t=37435)

In fact, on inventigation - I have the Imperio Destroy Remix version in my collection (for sale if anyones interested ;) ) and its not quite the same as the one you posted, so I'm guessing it defintely is one of the other remixes.
On my version is : Imperio Barraca Version, Barraca Mas Version, El Donido de Velncia Version and Desconstruction Version. its on XYZ out of Germany (xyz 6686)
