I have 13 small clips of old school house, techno and trance tracks from about 1991 - 1993. I hope that someone can help me put names to these.

Hi Mate! just checked my copy. Inch by Inch is definitely The Roof Orchestra - Inch By Inch on Hot Records. BTW this 12" also has a great track on the flip called ' Drum Out'. Cheers Ed.
