I don't think it is DIGITAL BOY.

We can listen well-knows samples used in OBLIQUE or NEMESIS:
"fall down on me - I need u - In my heart, in my soul, ouh-ouh..."

We also can heard in your clips sounds from Channel x 'rave the rhythm'...

So, I don't know who is behind this production because it was probably come from 92 and after. My knowleges stops in 1991, sorry!!
