Hi Mate! I would say from the vocal description, this sounds like a mix of MIDI RAIN - SHINE. Cheers Ed.

About 14 - I don't know the Kevin Saunderson Remix of Money, but if you take away the rapping it sounds exactly like E-Dancer (Saunderson): Velocity Funk (http://e.discogs.com/release/33057). If you prefer an "instrumental" version, I'd go for that one.
15 is actually 2 tracks, both Todd Terry. The beginning with the mumbling male voice comes from the Brighter Days Remixes (http://e.discogs.com/release/40885). He might have used the sample elsewhere too though. The main part comes from Sound Design Part 2 (http://e.discogs.com/release/30009) and is called "It's Gonna"

In the link you put up EliasRaphael say's "Actually the track "Velocity Funk" has already been published as a CAMEO Remix in 1991 or so. If I remember correctly there have been a version inc. CAMEO's rap and an instrumental which is identical to Velocity Funk! The remix record was a promo only and has never been commercially available!"

Yeah i know the remix of 'Brighter Days' & I'm pretty sure this is one track... it'l either be a different mix of Sound Design 'It's Gonna' or TT may have released this different version as summat else under a diff moniker :S

One of these (http://www.discogs.com/release/60681) then, i know it's not the Unity Grand Union Remix... have a feeling it's one of the CJ mixes.
Cheers
