It's SMF Volume 4 - Guillotine (Psychotic Mix) - Rugged Vinyl

There were other versions of this track but I'm pretty sure its this version. Bit of a short clip though.

SMF ... that sounds about right.

And yes, it is a rather short clip, but as DJ Trace mixed it in quite quickly, I decided to crop it to the parts associated with the actual tune (as far as I know it).
