Dont know if this any help but the track you are describing is something I picked up a while back

Silver Street - Everbody Get Busy Cat No: CLUB01 (whitelabel)

It surfaced a couple of years ago and its an excellent remix of Clubland - Lets Get Busy that sticks very close to the original but beefs up the tempo. Well worth getting hold of.
