View Full Version : .91 or 92 Impossible ID.

Been trying this one for years on every forum imaginable. I have even contacted the DJ whose tape I heard it on and he doesn't remember(and I don't think he was just trying to run intereference).
Anyways this is from 91 or 92. It is acid house and the DJ whose tape I heard it on is Barry Weaver who played in Los Angeles during this time.
There are a number of familiar samples in the song, but, I have not been able to get it ID'd.
Any hints, clues or other info appreciated, even if you can tell me whether you have ever heard it before would be helpful, so I can figure out if it is just some obscure limited thing or what.

Incidentally, I wouldnt class it as hardcore, sounds US, possibly off Nu Groove, but thats a wild guess

This tune is the pied piper - hooked on hope ep on absolute 2 records find it on e bay ;)

sounds like there's two tracks in there well the other sample/tune sounds like doug lazy - let the rhythm pump hope this helps

FFS!!! I can't believe I had this track all along. It is indeed the track DREAMERS (http://e.discogs.com/release/103176). It's feckin worse I'm getting.
