Just checked my copy of Hanson & Nelson - Move In Motion and it definetly is it :thumbsup:
On the run off it has 'EFFS 011 this side' (on the flip is 'EFFS 011 that side -'do bears shit in the woods' scribed into it). Mines a white but i got it sent from Effective back then from their mailer.

It threw me at first because it's really pitched up fast in your sample, plus that is the very end of the track. Couldn't find an audio sample on Discogs, but here it is on you tube.
