Had this up before and had someone say it was Mystery Man - Love E.
Can anyone confirm this, coz I'm not too sure.

thats not 'Mystery Man - Love E'

'Love E' has the metallic flanged riff in it, as used in 'RaveSignal - Horsepower' which then flips into a nice melodic riff with the 'you know how to Love E'
