223 sounds like DJs Rule - Get into the music
(I only have the 91 remix EP, so it could be the original mix)
Thats the only 1 I know except for Beverlee

It's amazing that the Goodfella's tune is more well known than the track it's sampled from.
The tune in question is the superb Quincy Jones - Listen Up released on Qwest in 1990. The mix on the sample sounds like the Full House Mix. It featured no less than Siedah Garrett, Al B Sure, Karyn White, Ray Charles and Ice T on vocals. The Ice T rap is the biz. They even considerately stuck an acapella on there as well.
It’s a suprisingly rare record considering the line up on the tune.

Number 224 sounds exactly like the tune id’ed by Bizkit in the thread called ‘91 rave tune’.
The tune is 'PUMP THE 1-2-0' by 'ZANZAMAN' (Italy EYE TO EYE RECORDS).
If it’s not that then I’d say it was Deskee. The rap sounds very similar to Kid Get Hyped and Let There Be House.
