It could be a remix of Lee Marrow 'Da Da Da'

The original one on World of Music Ive got sounds like your description, except instead of 'The House Is On Fire' its got 'Dance to the House, Dance to the House, Everybody works in the underground, come on Dance to the House, Dance to the House Dad dad ada da etc etc.

The tune itself is blippy as you say, with typical Italian synth, and beats.

There were quite a few remixes of Italian tunes, so I'm thinking was there a british release, or a remixes release???

(This might jog someones memory)

1990 or 1991 - Andrew Weatherall stole the beat from Westbam`s Alarm clock for his remix of My bloody Valentine`s Glider which sounded like the original crackin` tune.

Hope this helps
