Its a 4 track white label and the Cat' No. is..

It also has etched into the vinyl.. sample this record and I'll break your legs

Quick tip for ya for IDing this sort of stuff, if discogs turns up nothing (which isn't uncommon).

http://www.oldskooldiscogs.com - very comprehensive list of hardcore labels, a few mistakes but generally very good, run by an Austrian bloke as well would you believe!

http://tarzan.spoox.org - I think this also includes drum & bass up to present but starts with the earliest hardcore labels, also a few mistakes and I don't really like the layout but sometimes has details that other sites don't.
