1990 - hard sounding tune

my minds gone blank on this one ->

1990 tune - hard techno sounding - with a relentless sounding duh duh duh duh da duh, duh duh duh duh da duh etc .. and the classic "higher, higher. higher" sample all the way through ... not much variation in the tune at all
