Cant for the life of me remember who did the tune with 'Gonna touch the sky, never been this high' lyrics.

Its an old piano classic, can anyone ID it for me, It led to arguements in the pub last night and really needs clearing up. Also, if anyone knows the year I'd be grateful....Cheers!!:thumbsup:
