Feck knows, rubbish with dates, quite a few of them are Summer 91 tunes, Jomanda, Cookie Watkins, Mass Order (the promo before it got released) so July might be a good bet ;)

10 is one of the mixes on the Smash promo (so it's not the "late night mix" neither "the final vocal"..)
14 sounds like F.Knuckles on this one !
16 is indeed El Barrio (so confused)...not sure which mix
