I believe (Not Octave one)

I seem to remember a track- don't think I have it on tape, which had the sample 'I believe', I think spoken by a man & some lush melodies. Probably came out the same year as Octave1.
Does anybody know what I'm on about? Or was the whole thing imagined?

Thanks Nathjay, but it isn't believers. It's more of a dreamy/lush keyboard sounding track. Am so annoyed that I don't have a clip of it.
Tilt- is Celvin Rotane quite a recent track?
I'm guessing the track I'm after came out 90 (91).

Celvin Rotane is from 1995 I guess. There was some crappy remixes 2 years ago.
