Your probably one of the only people who is after this because youve heard it played out. IMO This is one of those tunes that is pricey simply because it was bootlegged along with 3 other rare tunes not because it was a massive anthem.. To some people, particularly up north, it is a "Trophy Tune"

It was a anthem where i used to go but never heard many other places.I know the acapella was caned and that added to the value. Still ill wait as im bound to get it one day ;)

That PHANTASY GIRL one is very very hard to find, I had the same tune ID'ed by PLACID as the NU RELIC '91 remix, I believe that's a remix job from Mr. Richards aswell.
