Its an old Bowlers piano classic, Heavy rapid piano with words sounding like

Its on the Bowlers Absolute Space tape and loads of others...it a toooonarooooony!!

I'm with Steh on that Poor and Needy track.. defo sounds like the one to me... think it was originally from 94 then got re-released in 98....
