noise overload - burnin up (tune and half in 92 I think)
youngbloods - got me burnin up (91)
cloud 9 - you got me burnin (93)
amnesia - burnin up (92)

all of em are later than what you think so I doubt any are it

You sure this isnt Love Sensation NM?? There was a remix around 89 I think by the Italians, but its a toughie cos absolutely loads of tunes have sampled it..
