I knew it was Kevin Saunderson but I had to trawl my collection to check the name !!

It could well be Reese Project - Station Of The Groove

I've got it on the B-side of "Direct Me" Joey Negro mix 12 from 1991 which also has a Morales mix of "Just Another Groove" on Network.

It's a bit of a clumping detroit techno thingie.....the other sample in it is "Bust a move..." which was nicked from Twin Hype "For Those Who Like To Groove"....another classic.

Failing that I wouldn't be surprised if the "break it down...."sample was used on sommat else.
