Pleeeeze help me ID this (with clip)

I've been trying to identify this tune for years....my mate actually used to play it and does have it, but I don't want to have to listen to 4000 records just to find this one!!

I'm 90% certain that the title has something to do with "mind, body & soul", but I have no idea of the label. The tune is from round about 1993.

Any help very much appreciated. Chocolate for the one that names it correctly!!!! :D

just a guess but the vocal "i dont need nobody" is the same sample as used on the prodigy track and originally comes from hithouse - Jack To The Sound Of The Underground
