Dark Track- Manchester

I was listening to an old Sunset tape the other day, there's a track on it- which I think is quite a dark track......
Has the sample 'Givin in to life' from Lisa Stansfield's 'People Hold on') running through quite a bit of it, like this...

& then it breaks into really mad Landlord stabs.

I can't up a sample, but reckon it came out in 91/92.
Any ideas?
