Please name this CD ! old skool, best of 80's & 90's ??

Please , I have been looking for this for months.

It has a yellow-ish case I think, and has a big smiley face on it. Like the 80's old skool acid smiley faces kinda thing. I'm sure it was called 'Happy' something ?

And it was all the classic and best tunes from the 80s and 90s. Double CD.

The 2nd disc had that 'Acid' tune on it. 'Aciddddddd Aciddddddddddd Acidddddddddddd'

Someone suggested it could be this :

It looks very similar. And this actually starts off similar, but it is different :-? ^ That has lots on it I dont recognise.
