hello. this is my first post, and i may be wrong, but i belive its Blow Out pt2 by Bass Selective. (91 Deep Thought Productions). It starts a supposed 'Matt Bell Piano Mix' tape I've got. Awful mixing. Sounds like its EITHER not matt bell, OR matt bell was 90%deaf and had broken fingers for a spell.

Thanks for having a go my mate, i had the tune off a DJ Sy mix if that sheds any light on it, but i will certainly look out for that tune anyway
