house trak from 91quite funky with a catchy sax riff and bassline with bongo percusion,rolls on 4 a bit then breaks into female vocal that goes summat like"do,do,do.do,do,dooo....do,do.etc...then basslinekiks in and sax riff.theres also alot of dek stoppin efects in it......cheerz all;)

I think your on about the one Biskit uses in his mix, Happy Daze. Think he just uses a sample though and hasn't got it in his track listing. Might be wrong but here is a couple of possibilities;

1992/1993: BFI - doop doop song (if sung fast and starts with just this voice)
1991: Mental Instrum-doo doo song (newspaper mix) (if sung normal with cool keyboards under it)

Is that the one from your mix with the 'doo doo' bit in it. I had that track id'd as either

ages ago but i couldn't find em on mp3 so wasn't totally sure.
