Can anyone confirm for me the artist of the following Sasha anthem...?

I t is form late 90's and is rare as they come (so only the real Sasha heads may know it)

Big trancy progressive type number with a lovely female softyl sung vocal "there are days when I don't know how I feel so blue...."

I know the track is called "free" and was only ever available on a VERY VERY Limited single sided mail out BUT I do not know the artist - (someone told me it was Mono culture or Mono boy)

good tune from 1998,didn't know it was particularly rare although maybe on promo.

THE ORIGINAL WAS A 1 SIDER FROM EUROPE SOMEWHERE ITS GOT A BLACL LABEL WITH SILVER FREE WRITTEN ALL OVER IT A LOAD OF TIMES.
THEN IT CAME OUT ON GERMAN NERVE RECORDS ,I REMEMBER HOLDING A PILE OF 15 OR SO IN EASTERN BLOC ,OH IF ONLY ID KNOWN HOW MUCH THIS WAS GOING TO BE WORTH THEN!!

STILL IM GLAD I GOT ME 1 SIDER WHEN I DID ,NOW THAT IS RARE
