Long shot but this could possibly be the title track of the "What Evil Lurks" ep by Prodigy. My mate was from Great Yarmouth and he used to reckon it said "Come on Yarmouth" but instead it could easily be construed as "go on man u". Maybe, possibly, maybe.

I sorta know the track - Por La Patria. My mate at Uni had it. I remember it wasn’t really a show stopper – a bit like that Grid / Timothy Leary collaboration. Too much of a Southern track. Just my own opinion anyhow.
