Late 90's tune

Morning Everyone, how's things going this week....??

This sounds like a tune from the late 90's (for a change eh !)

It's got the usual nu-housey beat.

The female vocals start fading in :-

"Say it again, say it again, say it again......."

Then the main vocals kick in :-

"Strong Enough !" (or Strong in Love, not sure )

Sorry thats it for vocals, it's one of those.....

then repeats and then the tune breaks, it's quite uplifting with some nice synths.....

I will be suprised if someone gets this......
